BRINGING FAMILIES CLOSER BY BRINGING BACK THE ART OF STORYTELLING.

THE BRIEF
Unlike other F&B brands, iD Fresh doesn’t make ready-to-serve products. The brand sees itself as an enabler that empowers consumers to be able to cook their own meals with iD products and preserve their traditions. What they needed was a new way for consumers to see them as an enabler.

THE APPROACH
If iD’s reason to be is to enable and preserve the old way, they needed to expand their role in the lives of their consumers. One insight that presented itself was that we didn’t quite tell stories like we used to – with mobile devices and streaming content taking over, we had outsourced the art of storytelling to digital media. And parents were spending less time with their kids. What if we could solve this by creating an app where parents could discover new tales to tell their children? iD Family Time was our answer: a new story a day, one which parents could narrate to their little ones.

THE OUTCOME
Our tales and our traditions are alive and well again with the iD Family Time app on the App Store and Play Store, a timeless utility and resource for parents. The app has warmly received, and brand iD has found new ways to connect with its consumers, who eagerly await a tale a day to be told and told again.
